We believe the partnership model is flawed. It rewards conformity and process, and penalises dynamism and innovation. We’ve built our firm around our 400+ lawyers, not a handful of equity partners with a vested interest in the status quo.
The reason is simple: our clients get the best advice when their lawyers can focus fully on them and their work, not what’s going on behind the scenes. Which means our support team is vital, taking care of everything else. And our fee structure incentivises our lawyers to do the best possible work, quickly and efficiently.
